Gentle Qigong for Strength, Ease and Confidence
Relief in Motion – Building Your Flow is the next step in your gentle movement journey. It is designed for people living with fibromyalgia, CFS/ME, chronic pain or arthritis who have a bit more capacity and want to grow a safe, repeatable Qigong sequence they can use at home.
Across six live 30-minute online classes you will revisit familiar Relief in Motion elements and knit them into a 20–25 minute flow that can be done standing or entirely seated. The emphasis is on smooth, rhythmic repetition rather than intensity. You are invited to find your version of each movement, adjusting range, tempo and stance so your body feels supported, not pushed.
Over the weeks you will build towards two take-home practices: a shorter “low energy” routine and a fuller flow for days when you have more capacity.…
