White Tiger Qigong is a meditative movement practice that supports balance in the body, mind and emotions.

Join us for a 3 hour winter afternoon workshop designed to calm the nervous system, release tension and support emotional resilience.

Winter is a natural time to slow down, restore and turn inward. This workshop offers space to pause, reconnect with yourself and cultivate a steadier sense of inner calm.
