Awaken Your Inner Strength Part 2: White Tiger Qigong for Balance, Resilience, and Grounding

🌿 Join us for an enriching 5-week journey into the world of Taoist Qigong! 🌿 Each class is 75 minutes long, from 8:45am to 10am at the Minor Works Building, Adelaide City. 


Harness the ancient wisdom of a variety of practices, including Meridian Qigong, 5 Element Qigong, 8 Trigram Qigong, 5 Animal Qigong and Ba Duan Jin from White Tiger Qigong to enhance your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. This is a drop-in class, catering for people who are just beginning to those who have been practising for a while. 


What is White Tiger Qigong?
