About the event
The term consists of 10 sessions in total, taught in 3 blocks:
Block 1 = 4 sessions. 24th and 31st Jan; 7th and 14th Feb.
Block 2 = 3 sessions. 21st and 28th Feb; 7th Mar.
Block 3 = 3 sessions. 14th and 28th Mar; 4th Apr.
You may book for 1, 2, or all 3 blocks. It is possible to start with the 2nd or even the 3rd block, but there must be a commitment to all classes of a block. This helps you to make a commitment to your wellbeing, and helps me to provide this valuable service.
NB There is no class on 21st March.
