Step onto the virtual mat and explore a careful selection of White Tiger Qigong forms – including 8 Trigram Organ Qigong, 5 Animal Frolics and 5 Element Qigong – each chosen for its powerful effect on spinal health. Rooted in the Taoist Medical Qigong lineage of Lao Tzu, these rhythmic, breath-led movements have helped people in China for centuries to ease pain, fortify the body and revitalise the flow of Qi and blood.
