We live in a busy world. We consume 7x more information today than we did 30 years ago - this amount keeps rising exponentially, and you may have noticed stress and anxiety rising alongside it, worth mentioning that the COVID-19 pandemic made it worse, with online classes, work from home, etc.
How to balance out this amount of unavoidable damage?
The yogic practice of Pratyahara or withdrawal of the senses is the unique answer for this.
Our senses are like open doorways, taking in the information that we see, hear, touch, smell, and taste.
