Mission
Our mission is to provide accessible and affordable Qigong classes to the Adelaide community, with support from the City Council. Open to all skill levels, our classes are designed to enhance overall wellbeing by fostering improved energy, mobility, strength, balance and flexibility. By utilising the city’s natural open spaces, we offer a unique environment that promotes both personal health and a strong sense of community.
