About the event
Six bite-sized, 30-minute sessions designed for people living with fibromyalgia, chronic pain or fatigue, arthritis and other rheumatological conditions. Move kindly, breathe deeply, and finish each class feeling lighter in body and quieter in mind. (NB No session on November 10th).
Relief in Motion is a pocket-sized Qigong journey that respects tender joints and limited energy. Across six live 30-minute classes you’ll learn calming breathwork, joint-lubricating circles, coils and rolls, and meditative flows drawn from White Tiger Qigong and Taoist healing traditions. Each sequence is low-impact, easily modified and backed by modern insights into nervous-system regulation. You’ll finish with a personalised mini-routine you can repeat in ten minutes a day to soothe pain, dial down stress and invite gentle vitality.
