This combination of Qigong forms is a powerhouse for building strength, flexibility and mobility, as well as improving spinal health. You will feel both relaxed and energised. These practices are really enjoyable, and can be taken at your own pace, and modified as required.

About the event
These sessions are suitable for intermediate and beginner students alike.
This term consists of 6 sessions, taught in two blocks of three.
Block 1 = 3 sessions. 28th Apr, 5th and 12th May.
Block 2 = 3 sessions. 19th and 26th May; 2nd Jun.
You may book for just the first block or for both blocks. You can also purchase the second block after participating in the first block if you prefer.
